Hello to All,
My stay in New York was fantastiche. I stayed with my friend Jensen who is studing Theatre at Columbia University. We didn't arrive unitl around two in the morning, thanks to the six hour lay over in Chicago. If I had known I could have made my brother George and his family come visit me, boo. Oh well, anyways on the first day Luc and I met up with my friend Candace for some Dim Sum in Chinatown. This was Candace's first time to New York. After lunch I went a little crazy with the shopping in SOHO. My friend Alison who is a comedian living in the city wanted to meet up so we met her at a bar called Still. Her friend was hosting Trivia night, unfortunately we did not win, even with Luc on our team. My favorite quote of the night, "We would of won if there were more guys on the team." -Lucien.
There is a lot more to write but I am going to attempt to bake cookies using the metric system. Okay I'm back from baking delicious peanut butter cookies. Luc and his mom hate peanut butter but they enjoyed my cookies.
Where did I leave off...arrived at Jensen's late, next day dim sum, shopping with Candace, then oh yea Triva night, we lost. If we had won the prize was $50 off bar tab. Jensen had called it a night early while I was still at the bar. I called to check in to see what time I should head back to her place. During our conversation she told me she had two tickets to see Lend me a tenor. I was under the impression it was a Columbia student production. It was actually a Broadway production http://http//www.broadway.com/shows/lend-me-tenor/
When I went to San Diego State one of my Theatre classes required was Theatre Production. It would be hard to explain my assigment for this class but lets just say I busted my ass working on Lend me a Tenor. Seeing the play live was incredible, it was my first Broadway show in New York.
After the play I met up with Alison and Candace one last time for drinks and a late dinner at the mercer kitchen.

Luc and I got on a plane Friday morning to fly to Germany we got to the airport just in time. It was the best flight ever. Seven hours to Europe is much more pleasant than 10-11 from California. From now on I'm stopping in New York.
